The opportunities that exist at Capital Ingenuity are unlike any others that exist in the world of finance today. Many companies in the financial services industry today attempt to meet clients’ needs by selling investments or investment products. Unfortunately, that business model often does not align the interests of the companies’ representatives with their clients. Often times a company and its representatives make a substantial sum of money whether the products they sell keep pace with industry benchmarks or not. At Capital Ingenuity we take a very different approach. Instead of selling investments, we educate clients about a variety of investments and the different strategies with which they can be used in addition to other relevant topics in the scope of personal finance.

First and foremost, we seek individuals with the highest level of integrity. Additionally, we are looking for a very different set of skills compared to the average financial services company. We are looking for highly motivated and competitive individuals with an education that specifically and directly relates to understanding investments and personal finance. Also, our employees must be able to effectively communicate and teach a wide variety of both simple and complex financial concepts. Because we do not sell investments, we place a much higher emphasis on an individual’s knowledge and understanding of how personal finance works and the ability to teach such concepts, rather than on the individual's ability to sell. It does not come as a surprise that our services truly sell themselves.
